Balsamic Vinegars

Our Balsamic Vinegars are sourced directly from old established family businesses in Modena, Italy. Matured in 'priceless wooden barrels' and made using traditional methods.

Blue Label (Screw Cap)

Approximately 3 yrs old, this versatile light Balsamic vinegar with a velvety bouquet and a slightly sharp flavour is suitable for salad dressings or for enhancing sauces and gravies.

Approximately 4 yrs old, this wood aged balsamic with its slightly sweet characters is particularly suited as a replacement for wine when cooking. Also good on raw and roasted vegetables, meat and fish.

Approximately 15 yrs old bottled in a vase-shaped bottle, this makes the perfect gift for the gourmet. With its delicate deep rich flavours and aromas it is excellent as a condiment to lightly grilled meats or fish, cheese or pate or to drizzle on fruit dishes,sorbet or ice cream.

White Balsamic (Screw Cap)

By popular request, our pink-tinged white balsamic is made from the white/green grape must at a lower temperature. This balsamic is aged for no longer than 2 years to prevent discolouring. For those who do not wish to have the darker balsamic finish, finish, white balsamic makes the perfect accompaniment to paler dishes such as fish,mozzarella or a light salad and is especially good with traditional Fish and Chips.

This organic “Biologico” Balsamic is sourced direct from Modena.
