Delivery within the UK
Standard Delivery: Delivery within 2-4 working days (following dispatch) at a flat rate of £7.50.
Next Day Delivery: Delivery next day if ordered before noon at a flat rate of £11.95 using a courier service.
Next Day delivery is available Monday to Thursday as it cannot be guaranteed by couriers at other times.
At busy times such as Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery beyond the 'last order date' that we have posted.
Please note that sometimes parcels are mislaid or go missing between leaving us with the chosen couriers and delivery. We will always do what we can to track and retrieve any parcel sent by us but cannot be held responsible for loss incurred during the delivery process.
Delivery to Northern Scotland, Eire and The Channel Islands:

Please note that we have no control over local customs authorities and cannot be held responsible should they wish to confiscate any particular items, delay shipment or charge import duty.
Alcohol sales
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on this web site for delivery solely within the United Kingdom.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that if purchasing alcohol you are of at least the minimum legal age required by your Country to purchase and consume alcohol. Pursuant to the Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence for any person in the United Kingdom under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18, subject to a maximum fine on conviction of £5,000.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for refund or exchange at any time within 7 days of purchase.
Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.
Please allow up to one week once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to accept returns of fresh food goods or food hampers due the nature of the fresh products they contain.
Gift vouchers
If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a Gastro Nicks Gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.
