Known as our Gastro Nick's 'Platinum Decanter', this traditionally-produced balsamic vinegar is from the Modena region of Italy. A wonderfully intense balsamic vinegar, it is traditionally aged in small wooden casks for around 15 years, each type of wood adding to the flavour.
With deep aromas and a visible density, this versatile Balsamic Vinegar can be used to enhance all dishes from salads to desserts.
It is a delicious accompaniment to steak, other grilled meats, aged cheese or a selection of charcuterie. Try drizzled over asparagus wrapped in Parma ham.
