Known as our Gastro Nick's 'Green Decanter', this traditionally-produced balsamic vinegar is from the Modena region of Italy.
A wonderfully intense balsamic vinegar, it is traditionally aged in small wooden casks for around 5 years, each type of wood adding to the flavour.
A harmonious balsamic vinegar still with a little acidity, which pairs well with an olive oil.
Light enough to use for salad dressings but may also be drizzled on cooked meats when ready to serve.
Bottled in a glass decanter and presented in a beautiful box.
