Named after the hamlet where the pears are grown just south of Tunbridge Wells.
Fresh pears and crushed juniper berries add a scented flavour to this delicately balanced chutney. Most of the sweetness is achieved through a subtle balance of dates and fruit.
One of the very best accompaniments to hard and soft, strong cheeses.
