This Veneziana Cherry and Cinnamon (Amarena & Cannella) by Lopison is a traditional sweet focaccia from Venice, born from centuries of cultural influences and Italian creativity. Dario Loison has reinterpreted this classic, combining Venetian heritage with carefully selected, precious ingredients. Its soft, airy dough — the result of natural sourdough and 72 hours of patient craftsmanship — is enriched with candied black cherries, cinnamon and Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, then delicately spiced with a blend of four fine spices. Finished with an almond glaze, Italian Tuono almonds and a dusting of crunchy granulated sugar, it is a celebration of flavour and tradition.
