A 4 year old dark balsamic vinegar from Modena.
A 3 year old white balsamic vinegar.
A single estate cold pressed extra virgin olive oil from Sicily.
For a summer vinaigrette, mix 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar.
The white balsamic will naturally sweeten the vinaigrette without having to add sugar or honey.
No additives, preservatives or colouring.
