This traditionally wood-aged balsamic vinegar, produced in Modena, has slightly sweet characters and is particularly suited as a replacement for wine when cooking.
It's also good on raw and roasted vegetables, meat and fish. Or add to olive oil in the ratio of 3 oil: 1 balsamic vinegar and use for dipping fresh crusty bread.
