A Bergerac Sauvignon/Sémillon aged in barriques offers a richer, more textured expression of the blend. While still showing citrus and orchard fruit notes, the oak adds layers of vanilla, toast, and subtle spice, with a creamy mouthfeel and greater depth.
The Sémillon's roundness is enhanced by the ageing, resulting in a complex, elegant wine with a long, harmonious finish.
