This 100% un-oaked negroamaro (meaning black bitter ), fermented in stainless steel tanks, is actually slightly sweet and aromatic on the palate with an intense scent of black cherry.
This un-oaked Negroamaro from Puglia, is equally at home with spicy sausage pizza or slow roast lamb and with rich, meaty fish such as Tuna, or dishes containing peppers or tomatoes.
