Mia has always been the jewel produced from the youngest vines on the estate and is vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, capturing Barbera’s floral aromatics and bright cherry fruit character, with just moderate levels of alcohol.
Due in part to young vines, this Barbera is light in body with soft tannins and bright red cherry fruits with accents of violets and herbs.
Thanks to the unoaked style, it is superb when served slightly chilled and paired with foods cooked over charcoal.
