The bouquet is fresh and floral, typical of Moscato grapes, with a creamy taste and pleasant fine bubbles.
The grapes for this wine are harvested in the last week of August, at perfect ripeness and balance between sugar and acidity. After soft pressing, the fermentation is slow. Carbon dioxide is naturally produced during the process and remains trapped to give the wine its mild effervescence.
