We are very excited to stock a locally-produced gin of such good quality. This London Dry Gin was the first gin to be distilled at Holly Bowers’ micro distillery in Wiltshire, set up in 2018, in her traditional copper pot named Maud. Every bottle is signed by the distiller to enhance the small batch nature.
This raspberry and hibiscus gin includes the 10 botanicals listed on the label, including juniper, raspberry and orris root. Subtly spicy, with tart floral notes and a hint of citrus, supported by sweeter notes of raspberry and lots of juniper lingering on the finish.
The unique flavour is well balanced and its bold character means it can be mixed with a wide variety of tonics. We suggest an Indian tonic, plenty of ice and a simple, a garnish of mint and cucumber for a thirst quenching and reliably quaffable gin and tonic.
No added colourings, flavourings or sweeteners.
