Gastro Nicks at Rockbourne Christmas Fair 2025
We’re delighted to be exhibiting again at this year’s Rockbourne Christmas Fair, one of the South’s leading Christmas shopping events. Held at Salisbury Racecourse, the fair brings together more than 100 carefully selected stalls offering unique gifts, food and festive inspiration - all in support of the Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s charity.
“Rockbourne is one of our favourite fairs,” says Jane from Gastro Nicks. “It’s always so well organised, with such a lovely mix of stalls. Customers come ready to kick start their Christmas shopping and it’s wonderful to see so many familiar faces coming back to us year after year.”
This year, Gastro Nicks will be bringing a handpicked range of our most popular deli products - with a festive focus. Expect beautifully packaged gifts and seasonal treats, as well as some exciting new additions to the stall.
Highlights include:
Loison panettone – a true Christmas classic. “We’ve been selling these for 12 years,” says Jane. “Customers come back to us every year for their favourite flavour, whether it’s for a family table or as a ready-to-give gift.”
Mini panettone – the perfect stocking filler.
Cheeses and charcuterie – carefully chosen for quality and flavour, ideal for festive entertaining.
Balsamic dressings – one of our best sellers, sourced from small Italian producers.
The Toffee Shop fudge – new to the stall this year, and sure to be popular.
At Gastro Nicks, everything is sourced from small producers in the UK and across the Mediterranean, mainly Italy and Sicily.
“We always look for products that you wouldn’t find in the supermarket,” Jane explains. “They have to be unique, high quality, and good value.
